On June 23, 2022, the American Bankers Association and 51 state bankers associations released a letter to the federal financial regulators1 that describes the principles the regulators should use when developing guidance and regulations on environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) issues (“Industry Letter”).2 These principles reflect the industry’s view on how the government can maintain a free-market financial system that also addresses national and global challenges.

All faiths and pets welcome ‘Blessing of the Animals’ on Saturday in Sylmar – Daily News

At the blessing of the animals held Saturday, April 1, at Orcas Park in Sylmar, Los Angeles Animal Services provided pet registration, microchipping, vaccinations and adoptions. All animals are welcome if on a leash or in a carrier. Pet pals who couldn’t attend were blessed using their photo.

The interfaith event was presented by the office of Los Angeles City Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez.
